This policy explains what information LaunchMyTrack collects, why it is used and the choices available to you.

1. Who controls your data
LaunchMyTrack is the controller of personal information used to operate this service. Contact us at eservices697@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, artist profile, streaming links, cover artwork and other content you submit; subscription identifiers and payment status received from Stripe or Onelink; smart-link clicks, platform choices and campaign analytics; and limited technical information such as browser, device, IP address and security logs.
3. How and why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide smart links and analytics, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent fraud, improve the service and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, complying with law and consent where required.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers including Supabase for account authentication and data services, Stripe and Onelink for billing, and OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. They process information under their own safeguards and only as necessary to provide their services. LaunchMyTrack does not receive or store your full card number.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage and session technologies to keep you signed in, secure your account and remember necessary settings. We may use limited analytics needed to measure smart-link performance. Where non-essential cookies are introduced, we will request consent where required.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers, when you direct us to, to protect users and the service, or when required by law. Some providers operate internationally; where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting duties. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, or object to certain processing. 9. Children and updates
LaunchMyTrack is not intended for anyone under 18. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
