1. About LaunchMyTrack

LaunchMyTrack provides smart music links, campaign analytics and related promotion tools for independent artists. Questions about these terms can be sent to eservices697@gmail.com.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. The price, applicable VAT or other taxes, and the total due are shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and its payment partner, Onelink. LaunchMyTrack does not store full card details.

You may cancel through the billing portal. Unless the checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

4. Your music and artwork

You keep ownership of the music, artwork, names, links and other material you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that material. You grant LaunchMyTrack a limited, worldwide licence to host, display and process it only as needed to provide and promote your smart-link pages.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use LaunchMyTrack for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity; upload content that infringes another person’s rights; attempt to damage or bypass the service; send spam; or buy, generate or encourage artificial streams, clicks or engagement.

6. Third-party services

Smart links may direct listeners to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music and other services. Those platforms control their own availability, content and terms. LaunchMyTrack is not affiliated with or responsible for those third-party services.

7. Availability and account action

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates security risk, remains unpaid or must be restricted by law. Where practical, we will provide notice.

8. Liability

LaunchMyTrack does not guarantee streams, followers, revenue or campaign results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while any mandatory rights you have in your country continue to apply.
